I am really picky about my shoes. I like shoes as much as the next woman and do indeed have a closet full, but I refuse to give up comfort. I live in Fairbanks Alaska and must be warm and also need to wear shoes that will prevent slipping on the ice. I absolutely love wearing my Haflinger clogs. I had two pairs, one in leather and one in wool. They have a really nice arch support so they are comfortable whether you are walking or standing in one place for an extended period. I used to buy them at Nordstroms but the store closed in Fairbanks. Thankfully I have found a site that has a full selection available and they even offer free shipping.
